Pricing Policy
Option 1:
Swimming Lessons
Pricing: The cost for swimming lessons is available on the booking link above. Please click on the “Swimming Lessons” link to view the specific pricing provided by the lesson provider.
Option 2:
Private Pool Hire
Minimum Requirement: Private pool hire is available for a minimum of two adults.
Cost for Adults: £10 per hour per person.
Cost for Children Under Six: £6 per hour per child, with the minimum requirement of two adults present.
Maximum Group Size: Up to six people, including adults and children.
Sauna Use:
The sauna can be added to your pool hire for an additional £10 per hour, regardless of the number of guests.

About us
We offer an Exclusive luxury pool with sauna hire nestled in beautiful rolling Lincolnshire countryside surrounding.
With private pool hire, you’ll have exclusive access to the pool, along with toilet facilities, a wash basin, a sauna, a changing room, and a shower for the entire session.
Please note that sauna use is not included unless separately purchased.
This setup is ideal for those seeking a quieter and more private experience.
We offer one-hour swimming sessions, and sauna hire can be added if desired.
Additionally, 30-day and annual memberships are available—just contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Pool Rules
At Alpine Lodge, our main priority is that you have fun and enjoy the facilities.
To ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, please follow these guidelines to ensure everyone's safety and enjoyment, please follow these guidelines:
The weiver form outlining conditions of use and pool policies must be signed before using the swimming pool.
Please shower before entering the pool, either at home or using the shower in the changing room.
Remove all makeup before entering the pool.
Use the stairs provided to enter and exit the swimming pool.
No urinating or deficating in the pool; please use the toilet in the changing room.
No jumping, diving, bombing, running, horseplay, or pushing others in, and avoid splashing water out of the pool.
Keep noise levels low, both in and around the pool, and be considerate to our neighbors.
Remove outdoor footwear at the entrance and place it on the provided shoe rack.
Long hair should be tied up or secured with a swim cap.
Infants who wear nappies must use swim nappies with an additional waterproof cover. Proof may be requested.
Do not interfere with or touch any pool cleaning equipment, machinery, switches, or heating controls. Tampering with these items is strictly prohibited.
Any contamination of the pool, including foreign objects or waste, will result in a full drain and cleaning of the pool, along with associated charges and a potential ban.
The external sliding doors to the pool area must be kept closed at all times, especially in colder conditions, to prevent the pool from cooling down quickly.
Please be aware that access to the pool involves metal ladder-style steps and a few external steps, which may not be suitable for individuals with mobility disabilities. We recommend contacting us to arrange a viewing if needed.
Please arrive no earlier than five minutes before your booked time and vacate on time.
Stay on designated pathways and avoid walking on the grass.
No beach balls or inflatables are allowed, no snorkells or skuba masks, no flippers, no pool toys unless provided during supervised lessons.
No food or glass bottles inside the pool building.
Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited on the premises.
Anyone under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances will be asked to leave and will forfeit their booking fee.
No children’s parties are permitted due to the absence of a lifeguard.
All users must be in good health to use the facility.
Any damages or breakages will incur charges.
Upon arrival, please park on our driveway and enter the pool building from the main entrance.
Sauna use is restricted to those over 16 years old and must be supervised.
Repeated violations of these rules may result in a permanent ban.
Use of the facility is at your own risk.

Pool Use Options
We offer a variety of ways to enjoy our pool, tailored to your needs:
Option 1: Swimming Lessons
Purpose: Ideal for learners of all ages looking to develop swimming skills.
Availability: Weekdays between 4 PM and 7 PM, and potentially Saturday mornings.
Booking: Available through the link at the top of the page.
Option 2: Private Pool Hire
Availability: Mondays and Tuesdays between 9 AM and 2 PM.
Booking: Accessible via the booking button at the top of the page.
Session Details: One-hour sessions for a minimum of two adults, with a maximum of six peope.
Sauna Use: Available at an extra cost and must be pre-booked, as it requires time to warm up.

Health and Safety Policy
At Alpine Lodge, your safety is our top priority. Our Health and Safety Policy is strictly enforced alongside our Pool Rules, with no exceptions.
Group Supervision: A minimum of two adults is required for each group. One adult must be designated as the responsible person for safety. This person should be prepared to assist in any emergency, as there is no lifeguard on duty.
Adult to Child Ratios:
Maximum of 2 infants (aged 0-4) two per adult.
Maximum of 4 children (aged 5-12) two
per adult.
Footwear Policy: Outdoor footwear is not permitted in or around the pool and changing rooms. Please remove shoes at the entrance and place them on the provided racks.
Group Size: The maximum group size is 6 people, including all adults and children.
Children’s Parties: Not allowed.
Incident Reporting: Any incidents, injuries, or property damage must be reported immediately. Please notify the homeowner directly or contact via WhatsApp or email without delay.
Electrical Safety: Be aware that light switches in the conservatory area, as well as certain controls and heating elements, are not waterproof. For safety, do not operate these switches with wet hands. Only use the light switch in the toilet area and the shower switch. Under no circumstances should any other switches or controls be touched, as this poses a risk of electrical shock and goes against our pool rules.
Compliance: We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not complying with these policies. No refunds will be issued.
